These terms apply to TradeMason, a quoting and quote-recovery tool for roofing contractors, operated from the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
TradeMason helps contractors capture enquiries, prepare quotes, and track quoted work. The service is currently in an early-access pilot: features may change, and some capabilities (such as automated customer emails, SMS/WhatsApp messaging, and self-serve billing management) are not yet available.
Important: TradeMason produces estimates from the figures and assumptions you provide, or from general benchmark rates where you have not saved your own. Estimates are a starting point only. You must check every quote — prices, scope, exclusions and terms — before issuing it to a customer. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of quotes you send and for any contract you enter into with your customers.
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access other users' data, submitting unlawful content, or using the public enquiry form to send spam or abusive material.
You retain ownership of the business and customer data you store in TradeMason. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time via Support.
The service is provided "as is" during the pilot. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeMason is not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or losses arising from quotes you issue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
The TradeMason Founder Pilot Plan costs £49 per month, taken as a recurring card payment through our payment provider, Stripe, when you start the plan from our website. Your subscription continues monthly until you cancel.
Because this is an early-access pilot, billing is managed by us rather than through a self-serve billing dashboard inside TradeMason. To change or cancel your subscription, email sales@trademason.co.uk and we will action it, usually within one working day. Cancelling stops future payments; we do not refund part-months except where required by law. Please use the same email address for payment and for your TradeMason account so we can match them. We will give reasonable notice of any pricing changes.
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, and will tell you why.
We may update these terms as the product develops. We will note the date above and, for significant changes, let account holders know by email.
Questions about these terms: see Support.
These terms are written in plain English for the early-access pilot and will be expanded as the product matures. They do not constitute legal advice to you.
