Your Founder Pilot subscription is £49/month, taken by Stripe. To start, change or cancel your plan, email sales@trademason.co.uk. Please use the same email address you used for payment so we can match it to your TradeMason account. There is no self-serve billing screen during the early-access pilot — we handle these requests by hand, usually within one working day.
You can export a full copy of your data, or permanently delete your account and data, yourself inside TradeMason under Business settings → Your data & privacy. Prefer us to handle it, or need a correction? Email sales@trademason.co.uk. See our Privacy Policy for details.
