TradeMason support comes straight from the team building it.
Email sales@trademason.co.uk and we will get back to you as quickly as we can. We’re a small UK team — we usually reply within one working day.
TradeMason is quote recovery software for contractors who work from their phone. It helps you capture enquiries (including by QR code), send clearer quotes, follow up at the right time, and stop quoted work going cold.
You stay in control. You set every price, and you choose when a quote or message is sent — nothing is sent to your customers automatically. TradeMason prepares the admin; you approve and send.
TradeMason is not accounting software, a full job-management or field-service platform, a payment processor, a dispatch or staff-scheduling tool, or an AI estimating tool. It does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice, and it does not replace your accountant.
In short: enquiries come in, you quote from your phone, you check and send when you’re ready, and TradeMason helps you chase the right jobs so quoted work doesn’t go cold.
You can set up and send your first quote in about ten minutes, from your phone:
You can skip any step and come back later — nothing is forced, and you can change details whenever you like.
Starter rates help you get set up quickly. They are editable placeholders, not market rates or price advice. Check and edit them to match your own labour, materials, access and margin before sending real quotes — you always set the final price. Prefer your own numbers? Add your own rates, or skip starter rates entirely.
TradeMason can prepare follow-up prompts so you know who to chase and when, with a ready-made message. Prompts are manual — you choose when (and whether) to send. Nothing is sent to your customers automatically. It’s there to help stop quotes going cold, not to message people on your behalf.
Once you’ve sent some quotes, Today shows a compact Quote recovery summary — a quick view of quoted work that may need action, all from your own numbers. It can show your open quoted value, what needs chasing, what’s been accepted but not booked, where a deposit or payment still needs requesting, and completed jobs ready for a check-in. It’s descriptive only — there’s no score, prediction or guarantee, and nothing is sent, marked or booked automatically. Each row just opens the right screen so you can decide what to do. See what work needs chasing before it goes cold — one recovered quote can cover the cost of the system.
Getting your first quote out takes a few calm steps — you can do it from your phone in the van:
TradeMason runs in your browser and installs to your home screen like an app — no app store needed, and you can still use it in your browser any time. iPhone (Safari): tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen. Android (Chrome): open the ⋮ menu, then Install app or Add to Home screen.
In the app, open Leads → QR Code Manager to get your public enquiry link and a scannable QR code. Share the link on WhatsApp, your van or socials, or display the QR — when someone scans it, they land on your short request-a-quote form and the enquiry comes straight to you. No customer or quote data is shared in the link.
From Leads → QR Code Manager → Lead Capture Kit, choose a card style (counter card, van sticker, site board, flyer or share image), then tap Print / Save PDF. The card shows your business name, a trade-specific “Request a quote” prompt and your QR — print it for the van, a site board, flyers or hand-outs.
How much does TradeMason cost?
Self-serve billing is available through TradeMason support while we improve guided setup. For current pricing and account access, email sales@trademason.co.uk — we usually reply within one working day.
When do I pay?
While self-serve billing is available through TradeMason support, email sales@trademason.co.uk for pricing and account access. Existing subscribers manage or cancel anytime from Settings → Billing through the secure Stripe Customer Portal.
How do I create my first quote?
From Today, tap New quote — or open an enquiry in your Lead Inbox and tap Quote so the customer’s details carry through. The trade-specific builder walks you through the job details, options, sizing, access and scope, priced from your Saved Rates.
Does saving a quote email the customer?
No. Saving a quote only adds it to your pipeline and Recovery so it can be tracked. Your customer is never emailed until you deliberately send the quote on the next screen.
What if a quote email fails?
You’ll see a clear “Not emailed — send failed” message with the reason (for example, no customer email on file). Fix the email and tap Try again, or use Copy quote link to share it yourself. Nothing is sent until it succeeds.
How do I copy or share a quote link?
After saving a quote, use Preview as your customer or Copy quote link to get the customer’s quote-page link — send it by email, text or WhatsApp yourself. They can view and accept it from that link.
Where do my saved rates come from?
New accounts start with sensible UK starting-point rates so you can quote straight away. They’re only a starting point — you set your own numbers and stay responsible for the final price.
Can I change my saved rates?
Yes, anytime. Go to Settings → Saved Rates to edit the per-area and per-job rates for your trade that power your quotes.
Are follow-ups automatic?
No — automatic follow-up emails are off by default. TradeMason shows you who to chase and when, with a ready-made message, but won’t email a customer automatically unless you switch follow-up automation on yourself.
How do I switch follow-ups on or off?
Scheduled follow-up emails are controlled in Settings — off until you turn them on, and you can pause or stop chasing a specific quote at any time. You’re always in control of what gets sent.
How do I add TradeMason to my phone?
TradeMason runs in your browser — you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app on site. iPhone: open TradeMason in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Android: open TradeMason in Chrome, tap the menu, then Install app or Add to Home screen.
How do I cancel billing?
Once billing is active, manage or cancel it yourself from Settings → Billing (the secure Stripe portal), or email sales@trademason.co.uk. Cancel anytime — no long contract.
How do I export or delete my data?
Do both yourself in Settings → Business settings → Your data & privacy — export a full copy of your data, or permanently delete your account and data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I contact support?
