Terms of Service

The service

TradeMason is a subscription-based software service that helps UK roofing firms capture leads, track quotes and manage follow-ups. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Subscriptions and billing

  • TradeMason is billed as a recurring monthly subscription unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Early roofing contractors may be offered limited founder access at £49/month during the founder offer period.
  • The planned standard price is £79/month once the founder offer closes, unless a different written agreement applies.
  • Payments may be processed by Stripe or another approved payment provider.
  • You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Prices and inclusions may change with reasonable notice.

Your account and data

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the information you enter. The lead, quote and customer data in your workspace remains yours. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to store and contact the customers you add.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to send unlawful or unsolicited communications. TradeMason helps you draft and track follow-ups, but you review and send your own customer communication and remain responsible for it.

No guarantee of results

TradeMason is a practical tool for tracking follow-ups and quoted value. It does not guarantee additional jobs, revenue or any specific business outcome. Recovered value figures are internal performance indicators, not guarantees.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, TradeMason is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
