Who we are
TradeMason provides quote recovery and lead follow-up software for UK roofing firms. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details — your name, business name and email address when you create a workspace.
- Business profile — company details and quote defaults you choose to add (such as logo, contact details and terms).
- Workspace data — the leads, quotes, follow-ups and customer records you enter to run your recovery workflow.
- Payment information — handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
How we use your information
- To provide and maintain your TradeMason workspace.
- To process subscription payments through Stripe.
- To provide support and respond to your enquiries.
- To keep the service secure and improve how it works.
Storage and processors
Your workspace data is stored using trusted infrastructure providers (including Supabase for data storage and Stripe for payments). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We only share information with the service providers needed to run TradeMason, or where required by law. You stay in control of your customer communication — TradeMason does not contact your customers on your behalf.
